J&K Police SPOs Jobs Notification 2020: Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police has invited applications from the eligible candidates to fill the posts of Special Police Officers (SPOs) under sports quota in Jammu  and Kashmir purely on temporary basis and all the benefits will be given under rules as per the Govt. order No. 889 of 2019 dated 04.08.2019.

Eligibility Criteria for engagement of SPOs under Sports Quota in J&K Armed Police

Educational Qualification	The candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from any Govt. recognized Board/Institute.
Age Limit	Minimum – 18 years Maximum – 24 years
Permanent Residence Certificate	The candidate must be a permanent resident of UT of J&K.

JKAP Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standards Detail:

Male	Female
1600 meters race in 06 minutes and 15 seconds	1000 meters race in 06 minutes and 15 seconds
Height = 5’.6”	Height = 5’.2”
Chest = 32” (Unexpanded)             = 33½ (Expanded)	Only for male candidates
Pushups  - 20 (one cycle up and down to be counted as one )	Only for male candidates
